Some Greek populations of T. h. boettgeri could possibly have close to a wholly black plastron and some T. h. hercegovinensis can have bands that intently depict that on the western. Greater than normally, the black on either of those subspecies stays broken, light, unclear or "spotty". Even though good bands are current, they won't have this kind
